There is a marking scratched into the inside of the back of the watch next to the engraving SH295(F?) 1197(x?)
We don't see too many solid 10K gold watches.
Looks like your little gem is a 1967 Bulova Dewdrop "AK".

Thanks for sharing her with us. It's interesting that the engraved dedication is on the inside as opposed to the outer case back.

Thank you for taking the time to go through all of the info! No one in my family knew about the dedication until recently when I opened i it cleaned. Now that I know a bit more about my family's past, it makes complete sense as to why that dedication was on the inside :)

1967 Bulova Dewdrop AK - The markings inside the case are from a watchmaker who, at some point in the past, service the watch. Unfortunately they are peculiar to the individual and cannot be deciphered by anyone other than her/him.
