Case 33.2 mm wide without crown. 36.7 Lug to Lug. I'm thinking a President model maybe.
a 'CLIPPER' of sorts Gerard.
I guess I'm stumped on this one. Based on the jewel count I don't think it a President. I like the dial on this watch, very unique. Seems like it would make the watch easy to ID but alas, I see nothing in the db to match.
I'm going with Unknown for now.

The dial is great, the pictures don't do it justice.
I'm going Unknown for not too, but looking. Fit's the year range of the price lists, but those are not as good as an ad or two...
Panel Members? Anyone out there?
The Watch is a mid 1960's 17 Jewel automatic in a waterproof Case: a 'CLIPPER', which 'CLIPPER' We do not know as there are no ads matching the subject 100%

So Fifth, does that translate to "Unknown" for now, or are you proposing we research Clipper a little further? Thanks
Will,
as a database entry 'UNKNOWN', to the Watch Owner most definately a 'CLIPPER', could be a 'JET'(?)
Unknown till proven by ID, but I think Mark is on the right path with a Clipper of some sort.
So if everyone is happy with a Clipper of sorts why not just tentively ID this as Clipper with two ticks.
Works for me.
