Hello texag, welcome to myBulova. This is a nice old Accutron you picked up. I'm leaning toward a model 412 but the advert I found is from 1965 not 1975. I didn't think Bulova was still producing the 214 movement watches in 1975 (the model with no winding crown). Is it possible the date code in M5 and not N5?
Wow! I had no idea they went for so much! This unit has a little wear on the crystal, what would be a fair cost for getting the crystal replaced and polished up? I don't know if jewlery places are like car repair shops, that is, they take you for what they can get!
It is a lovely watch, the face has gotten a nice patina from age. I most definately scored a bargain. I will try to visit the dealer this weekend.
