I would say that it will "Flight Nurse" from the sixties like this http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1961-flight-nurse-6637
although pictures are blurry, but I see on the movement "Mx" indicating the date of manufacture

Sure looks like "Flight Nurse" to me. Both in the ad, and the other ID'ed example Jabs links above.
I think production date is in the 1960's...maybe as late as 1964 if there is an M4 on movement.
I'd say this is another good match to the Flight Nurse, just like the linked version, Yellow Gold, same dial, red second hand, same movement, same case, taller crystal. We need to confirm the date, M?; by 1964 there were 5 variants listed. The 61 I listed is the yellow 'B', only other option at that time was the white 'A'. In 64 there were three more in addition to the 'A & B'; E was round, 'I' was very similar to the A & B with different band, 'J' unknown but probably the white or yellow version of 'I'. I don't have a number stamped on the inside caseback of mine to compare.
Flight Nurse, possibly 'B', year unknown
We would need a photo of the caseback showing the datestamp of M#
I'm in agreement with Ken, I think we need to nail the year of manufacture down before we try to ID this one.
loumann55 - can we please reverify the date codes on this beauty?
Flight nurse.
Good ad find, good discourse.
Caseback photo posted showing what looks to be M4; 1964 Flight Nurse, not certain on the variant
Yes, Flight Nurse it is.
yes the back of watch is a "M4" thanks all of you
