The case is encapsulated so I can’t open it easily. I have yet to find another example of this model style for 1964. It seems most similar to 1965 Commander E but not Florentined case. The case back says 10K R.G. Plate, Waterproof. Any help with identifying is greatly appreciated. Case is stamped M4, SN: H371995
