Remember a week or so ago, when Reverand Rob posted a CONCERTO and was asked about the finish on the watch? well I knew I had a Sungold finish watch and found it to show the effect.
His wasn't the sungold finish but I just thought it would be nice to post my watch, which shows a close up of the finish.

I'd be interested to know how they achieved this effect, obviously the gold plate somehow varies in the makeup of the alloy. This might be one of those things we may never find out, possibly Bulova themselves wouldn't know.

Yes,Reverend Rob, it really is a beautiful finish. The watch looks better in person, just wanted to post my watch and show the different colors with the textured finish.
