Jet Clipper I believe. Lugs, movement, and hands all match. But on mine there are only the even numbers and 2 lume markers above the 12.
I believe you are correct, it's a "Jet Clipper", but I think it's a "C" variant, like this:

Those crab lugs are quite distinctive. The 'C' seems to have slightly different lugs, with a straight edge between them.

My bad, I was way to focused on face numbering and the straight line between lugs escaped me. I stand corrected - lugs are different, so are odd number indices - Not a "C".
I'm not finding an exact match for this one. Case looks to be the same as the Jet Clipper 'A', but the dial is more in line with the Sea Clipper. Possible unknown model/variant from either line.
