I don't normally go past the 50s but couldn't pass this one up to go with my other birth year watch. This one came with a string tag, original box and original band. In pretty nice shape overall. With having the line books now, string tags are not as important as they used to be but I still think it is cool to find a watch with one.
I do believe the string tag is correct in the ID of Miss America "G" for white. It is 10K R.G.P., with a 1961 movement and 1962 case. The inside of the case back is completely plain. The movement is 17 jewels.
Congrats! What a great complete package, and a birth year watch to boot
1962 Miss America "G" she is.

Very nice find of an original example. Looks like a good match to the Miss America "G"
