1962 Bulova 10KT Yellow Gold Rolled Gold Plate selfwinding watch. The dial is a tropicalized black that is turning a chocolate brown. Applied yellow gold hour markers and second dots with gold hands with lume. Also lume at each 5 minute interval. The crown is not marked Bulova but it is perfectly set in the case so I don't think it is a replacment. Back is a screw ring type and marked Bulova 10KT RGP Bezel S.S. Back, Shock Resistant, Anti-Magnetic, Self Winding, Water Proof along with M2 and the serial number. The back of the case is marked 2383 on the inside. The watch is 34MM.
Couldn't find it in the full ads, but looks to me like it could be a Sea King. Still looking.
Your watch is Jet Clipper "F" (full advert)

Wow...This is so thrilling to be able to share it with you. I have listed all of my Bulova's but two. I seem to have had a few unusual ones. Love it. I am going dig thru the pile of parts watches, movements and cases to see what I have.
Nice ad find, I agree with Jet Clipper F.
Thanks for sharing your collection JimDon, it's fun to see what others have. I agree with Jaroslav, it's a Jet Clipper F

Thank you. I have them all listed except my 64 spaceview which is a conversion and a bunch of ladies watches. I have to say this site has ignited my appreciation of Bulova watches. It is intersting to see the ads with the original prices. I had one Bulova from 1949 that showed a $79.50 price. When I looked up todays dollars it was $831! Bulova's were not cheap in their day.
