This watch has a rectangular almost square bezel and face. The overall case is tonneau. It has a yellow rolled gold bezel and a SS case with an M1 date code. On the face there are numbers at 12, 2, 4, 8 and 10 o'clock positions and "sunburst" tick marks at 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 o'clock positions. The 6 o'clock position is void. It has a 17 jewel movement with an M1 date code. It has a small second hand below and separate from the hour and minute hands. The second hand is flush with the face without a separate cutout. I'm fairly certain this is an Enginer "C" but not certain enough to boast.
I think the Engineer "C" is a good match. Here is the 1961 linebook
