Watch Description

This is another new one for the database. Based on the advert that I found, I believe this to be the Bulova Lexington. It has a 10K yellow rolled gold plate case with elevated lugs similar to those found on other models around that time. The body of the watch is virtually identical to the 1960 "Cavalier" (a copy of which you already have in the database). I have included comparison photos both back and front. Although I cannot take the back off the Lexington, I'd be very surprised if the movement is anything other than the "11AF" used in the Cavalier model.

I have included a copy of the advert that I found for this watch, which was for sale on Ebay but the date and origin of the advert are unknown.

Welcome and thanks for sharing. This one took a bit to confirm the ad. I finally found it in the Bulova 1961 Linebook.

It is indeed a 1960 Lexington "E"

Thank you very much. It's good to know the variant.

A 1960 Bulova Lexington "E" is a great match. More importantly it's our first entry for this variant in the database.

Excellent!
