Inside case back:BULOVA FIFTH AVE NEW YORK
5AD movement is marked BULOVA 23 JWLS 6 ADJ USA and has the L9 datecode.
I have the inner and outer boxes and the booklet that came with it.Also have two of these.
I believe we also have an advert on site for this model.

Nice package Denis. I'll go right along with Rhapsody and give it the AA variant ( AA being Yellow gold). The outer box and inner clam shell display case put it over the top!

The advert above is a good reminder that the Yellow and White gold variants would more often than not have a different model variant ID.
In this case its the yellow gold version, thus as the price guide states it's a Bulova Rhapsody "AA"
