Seems to be a bit of a Frankenwatch. The case is stamped 1959 and the movement is stamped 1957. I bought it broken on eBay, so you have to take what you can get. Looked pretty bad when I opened the box, but a clean, service, new mainspring brought it back to life. New crystal and strap. I believe it is a Bulova 23 "EW".
Best I can determine is how the dial presesnts. We may have discussed this previously.
Based on the single line text 'SELFWINDING" compared to earlier releases which had "SELFWINDING - SIX ADJUSTMENST", I'd ID this as the later "EW" variant.
1959 Bulova 23 "EW"

Agree - 1959 Bulova 23 EW (date based on case date code, a two year difference to the movement is reasonable)
Agreed - 1959 Bulova 23 "EW"
1959 Bulova 23 "EW" looks to be a good match.
