Solid gold - very nice! Thanks for sharing. My best guess at this point is a President variant. It appears to be a solid gold version of this watch with a customized dial.

Could Enzo Ferrari himself have worn this very watch? Could he have gifted it the series champion of 1958, his driver Mike Hawthorn. OR could it have been on the wrist of Ferrari driver Phil Hill (an American). SO MANY possibilities.....Forza Ferrari
