This is another Ebay score. The scratched crystal hid a perfect dial. This appears to be a 1958 Bulova 23 "E". It is a stainless case with a black ribbed starburst dial with applied white gold hour markers. it has a scalloped bezel. The movement is a 10BPAC 23 Jewel with an L8 date code.

Looks like the Bulova 23 "A" not the "E".
