The 1958 Bulova Price guide lists 3 Bankers.
Banker: $33.75
Banker 'A': $45.00
Banker 'B': $45.00

I would say that both Banker 'A' and 'B' price was based on the expansion band and that the cheaper $33.75 Banker was probably mounted on a leather strap.
I'd be happy with a 1958 Bulova Banker 'B' also.
