This appears to be a 1957 Pelham based upon tentative attributions to three other watches in the data base on a crystal. No add has turned up yet.

It is a 10KT yellow gold RGP case with a RGP case back with an L7 date code. The movement is a 11AC 17J movement with a L7 date code. The dial has yellow gold applied even hour markers with dots for the odd hours.
1957 Pelham - tentative
Typically I'm tentative at best on watches ID'd with only a crystal packet. In this case I'm SKEPTICALLY tentative.
I would vote to keep them all together and go with...
1957 Bulova Pelham (tenative)
We've kicked this around now for years and when I look at that crystal, and compare it with the case, it looks to be a perfect match.
As long as the packet ID is in any way accurate, but that's two unknowns right there.
Tentative 1957 Pelham.
