Ad matches. This one should definitely have been one of those before and after photo uploads lol. She really cleaned up nicely compared to what she looked like upon arrival. Don't know about the display case but it's the one it came to me in. (In as sad a shape as the watch too i might add lol)

Well that cleaned up very nicely! One of my favorite models. Here is an ad from 1959 that was attached to a 1957 CB in the DB. I can't find it elsewhere so it is hard to read but looks like yours and even that it looks like you may have an original band.

I saw that ad right above your ad in that thread but It was so fuzzy I went with the other ad. I believe the band does match this ad and it cleaned up really well to. Definitely a nice watch.
I did manage to go back and grab a couple before photos from where I got it from.
