Watch Description

Here is another stump the panel watch.  It is a 10KT rolled yellow gold plate three piece case with gold case back and stainless case ring.    It has very distinctive lugs with a dimple where it attaches to the case.   I can't say I have seen this case before.   The case back has no case number just standard Bulova markings.   The movement is a 17j 11ACAC automatic which there seems to be only two watches in the DB with this movement and I own them both.   This makes three.   The dial is silver with arrow point hour markers except for the 12,3,6,9 which are pencil style.   Nice large watch for the period at 36MM in diameter.   I searched and could not find a match.

This one is a bit of a puzzle. I was pretty sure I had seen these lugs before and it seems this watch may be the same case as THIS ONE, a Beau Brummell "F" that is dated 1957. Could this possibly be a marriage?

Certainly, anything is possible, but my gut tells me this is factory.   Thinking unknown rather than non-conforming.

Also not finding any matches.

I did find the BB "F" case but as I wasn't able to find anything matching the dial, I think we may have a new unknown.
