I own an identical and have seen one with 'EXCELLENCY' on the Dial....no confirmation.

Can get a good measurement in mm of the crystal? Preferably of the bezel with the crystal removed and with digital calipers.

Andersok found this 1954 ad which appears to matche this model, but no name given to ad. We now have three examples of this case w/ same dial. All unknown for now.

Bulova Linebook listing does look like it has the camel humps at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions.
1956 Bulova Kirkwood is a nice match for the subject watch.
