Hi Rose, welcome and thanks for sharing. Your watch appears to have a Bulova movement housed in a non-Bulova replacement case that was purchased with a matching dial to repair a worn out Bulova one. Jewelers sometimes did this to make traded in watches fit for resale, or to fix customer watches to save them to cost of purchasing a new watch if the movement was worth repairing.  Movement is dated L5, for 1955. We classify such rejuvenations as Non-Conforming, as Bulova never produced the watch as seen. It is quite handsome though, wear it and enjoy it, I would.
