I see similarities,..but there ae some differences in the two cases...was the Ambassador series comprised of a few case styles that overall had the same appearance ??

....well, it's pretty close...two ticks. The lugs on Scott's example in thread are straighter, and the ad above does seem to have lugs slightly kicked out. Not seeing any artists rendition of the two tone dial, but minor since these ads may not have represented all variants.
Scott's example is the Senator "H", several ads in DB.
