Macthes the Dial of the 53 Ashford, Also comes close to matching several His Excellency Models from the time period. The picture before last is of a wittnauer with a very very similar case.... Thoughts
Case looks like a Winchester with the lugs rotated slightly...no idea what it is ...
'EXCELLENCY' - although I dont see the familiar Bulova '23 Jewel' script on the Dial? 'PRESIDENT' maybe, the Jewel count would help.
