This one is a 1955 Bulova 23 "O" as shown below.

Handsome model...Bulova 23 'O'.
Sometimes the back is stuck to the gasket. There should be a notch around the top end where you may be able to insert a small flat screwdriver under the caseback tab and gently pry it up.
