Bulova Signature Locations: Crown, Dial, Movement and Back of Case.
L-5 stamped on Movement and Case.
Looks like a match, but a 10 year difference from price list & ad date (1955) to watch date (1965) may be an issue with naming. Can you provide photos of movement and case back?.
Was M5 a typo or indeed the date codes on movement and case? 1955 is L5
