21 Jewels and the Dial is showing 'AA' characteristics, but in '54? ...time will tell.
Possibly part of this Ambassador series....just trying to narrow things down.

Looks very similar to the Warwick. Ad date tentative 1954 or 1955.

Agree with Warwick. Identical dial, barrel curved crystal. Very nice case, like the swivel lugs.
