Has E22061 etched inside the case. Also has Roman numerals etched inside the back and the case IIV XVIII.
Gorgeous watch, but unknown for me. Is the case marked Gold filled or plate?
I see 4 diamonds on the bezel and one on each lug. That could make it one of the La Petite series. Still have to do some hunting. Well maybe not, All the La Petite ads i've looked at are with 23 Jewels.
Nice watch but no Id for now.

Is this watch maked Bulova, 14k Gold on the caseback. The lug extentions with a diamond lead me to think that it may of had a solid gold band at some time if the case is gold.
a 'DOLLY' ?
need more info, a shot of the Caseback and Movement may help.
Hi ddhackett - welcome to myBulova. Beautiful watch you've brought us. We've been getting quite a few ladies watches recently, this is one of the nicest.
I've done a quick through the db, don't see anything close - Unknown is my vote, for now. A little more info, as noted above might help.
I found a match to the case in the 1955 line book BAWD0127 page 13 of 40. There is a two year gap and a slight difference in the dial where it appears to have dashes instead of dots as on the subject watch. Could be a 1953 Empress "I". Panel thoughts?

I think Empress is a good match
1954 Bulova Empress I
