This should be the President 'A' variant, per this 1952 ad:

Full numeral dial with the shadow finish.

This one is from 1953 I believe and I have been told it is the President (either A or C variation).  Case is L3  The question mark is the dial design.  Numerals at 12, 3, 9 and gold plated squares elsewhere.  Dial was re-done by International Dial early 2000s and I cleaned and oiled the 10BT movement around 2012.
