Not La Petite B, nor G (1959 ads) nor D (1958 ad) nor La Petite I from 1959 ad. Looks kinda like Roxanne's little sister. I'm individually searching ads from 1950 thru 1959 for ad---case looks similar to 1962 ad for La Petite K but 23 jewels.
Petite K has twisted lugs so can rule that one out
