Watch does not function, it binds when attempting to wind. I believe it's a 1953 cecile 14k gold but I am questioning the band.

1953 linbebook lists the following Bulova Cecile "A" (yellow case) and "C" (white case).

Your watch having a yellow case I would ID as a 1953 Bulova Cecile "A"

1953 Bulova Cecile "A" & "C"

Would be curious if there was a 2-tone version like you watch that was the "B", but I'm not finding any reference of such.

All those markings inside the case, do they provide any reference, what are their meanings?

They are service marks from the person who serviced the watch. The more the better. This was very common in the 1950s.

As a policy we do not value watches.   You can use Ebay sold listings to see what like Bulova 14KT gold ladies watches from that period sold for.
