This is a truly unique piece. It is the first windowed calendar watch made by Bulova, and the first by any american watchmaker. There was one previously made by “Champ” for Bulova in the 1930s, but this appears to be the first factory calendar watch. The watch is in remarkable condition. It is currently running and keeping excellent time (the date wheel has been adjusted, I need to get a new picture).
Movement is actually a 10CBCD.

Could you possibly get a close up photo of the movement. I've never seen a 10CBCD. Thanks.
Bulova were making Calendar watches back in the early 30s. Very few however hit the market, if any at all.

See the post about my 1932 Bulova Calendar. We also have a few adverts showing one or two variations of this early calendr watch model.
I guess we would call it "Calendar"

I love that 32 Bulova, I have almost the same watch in a Mimo and Bucherer, same time frame, but the Bulova's are hard to come by!
