Unknown Model-rsvp? Looks Military. Dial--seconds numbered.
Non-Bulova Case??
Record reopend for further identification at request of Panel.
I agree WIll, This doesn't look like an original Bulova case to me either. I would have to say Non-Conforming too.
Non-Conforming for me too
Non-Conforming
Case front looks fine for a chrome-plated Watertite, movement/dial/hands fine too.
Can't make out the thumbnail pic of the opened case back in the db, and can't bring up a pic with any res that helps any.
Count me out.
Edit- scrub that, the OP claims in root record that the inner case back has 50 followed by a five-figure sn.
This conforms to some other Watertite cased watches in the db, including one of mine.
"1950 Watertite" is my call.
Here they are, including another couple of screw down case back models.

Nice work Bobbee, they certainly do match.
1950 Bulova WaterTite for me too.

Thanks Stephen.
I guess I'm confused. I concede that the Watertites had screw on backs.
I do not agree that this case is Bulova. The screw backs linked above have Bulova markings, this one does not. The serial number noted is not Bulova.
