I am the previous owner of this watch. Case and Movement marked L0. I believe it is a Belmont. I have an ad photo but I'm not sure if I own the copyright so I'll let the membership see what it can find.
I would say this is 1950 Helmont

I think that discussion probably pre-dates me. Two other watches like this in DB ID'ed as Belmont - nothing under Helmont (listed as a model in the drop down list). I'll leave this one to the panel at large.
