Found with this sweet ricebead bracelet!  I think this is a Commodore as a previous watch I had... open to interpretation though.

We have an ad for the ‘49 Commodore and the lugs don’t match this watch. The engraved bezel matches the Navigator/Broker from this period but they have fully numbered dials. This dial looks to be a match to the Ambassador that’s in the same 1949 ad as the Commodore. I’m going to assume there’s a model similar to the Navigator but with a 3-9-12 dial that I haven’t found so I cannot offer a positive ID. However, I’m confident this is not a Commodore.

It is similar to the Navigator, but with a different dial.

That’s definitely a Navigator case. But there is no ad showing this dial on the navigator in any year.
