This one is a 1945 Bulova with a 7AK 21 jewel movement with dual date codes for 1945 and 1946 in a 10k gold filled case over a silver base. The dial appears to have been refinished at some time in the past and Bulova wasn't reprinted on it for some reason. I think it's the American Eagle.
We have previously ID'd this model as the American Eagle based on this 1946 advertisement. 1945 Bulova American Eagle. I suspect the dial was over cleaned and the Bulova print came off.

The dial has been refinished at some time in the past. It has tell tale signs.
The notch is a good indicator of refinishing.
