I listed the date as 1944, but because the circle code was used in three separate years, I chose one randomly. I do not know how to calculate the year based on the case serial number. Also I've listed the serial number as 358781, but the 5th number is very thick and could possibly be a "3" instead of an "8."
Hi Vickie, Welcome to myBulova and thank you for sharing this lovely watch with us. Wow, I have never seen this model before and love it! The lugs are very similar to a few mid to late 40s watches, like Arlene, and Betsy Ross. The O 14K O is not a date code but indicates solid 14K like this one is marked on the back. https://mybulova.com/watches/1948-betsy-ross-9741. By your serial # I would date this 1943. Getting a photo of the movement would give us a date code to also help date the watch. If you ever take it to a jeweler you can ask them to let you snap a photo of the movement. Lovely watch, enjoy it!
