From what I have read in the advert the Arnold was a 15 jewel movement. I could be wrong but from a advert I found it looks like it's a Norman or a Commodore which looks similar to the Arnold but has a 17 jewel movement. Im leaning towards the Norman based on the amount of metal at the top and base of the bezel and the added angle. It also looks like the commodore is narrower but it's hard to tell.
