Looks to me like an Ambassador with the lugs to take a leather band, note the scroll line around the lug just before the end. I have two of these cases in mint condition with no movements.

John, the scroll marks being there to fit a leather band is pure conjecture, stated as fact in another thread by some other member, who is well known for statements like this.
The only ads for this model show it on a bracelet
