Movement is also stamped Bulova Watch Co. "AAA" USA.
Case is stamped "B-10K Gold Filled"
I'm thinking this is an Ambassador A but I'm not certain.
You are correct my friend. I missed the omega mark on the movement up close to the crown stem. So this represents what? And what do I have?

The omega symbol is what Bulova used to indicate the movement was made in 1940. If you put your cursor on "Information" at the top of the screen and click on "Bulova date codes" you'll find a chart showing all the symbols Bulova used and their corresponding dates.
Cool, thanks again my friend.

You're very welcome.
Ambassador "B" for me too
Howdy boss, welcome to myBulova, this is a fine old Bulova watch you have. Merc is spot on, look long and hard enough, you find that band but you'll probably end up with another Ambassador watch too!
Ambassador B, nice one. Is this the start of a collection?
Thanks guys! Not really a collector. Just one of a few old watches from my dads stuff. I like to try to get things to original if possible though.
