1939 Bulova Watertite I believe. Pretty unique two toned case?

Ah that was you that outbid me. Congrats. 1939 Bulova Watertight is a good match based on my confirmation of the Watertight box. It seems this came in several versions, stainless, yellow gold and now two tone.

1941 Charlotte Observer Ad. It does not mention the gold accent bezel ring but it all lines up.
I'm curious about the back engraving.
This watch would look killer if you can get that bezel ring replated.

Sweet find plains, 1939 Bulova Water Tight. Interesting that Bulova was advertising watches for servicemen BEFORE we entered the war.
