Cool little ladies watch. I think we have a 1938 Bulova "Supervisor". Sorta funny... The ladies version is the "Supervisor".... The men's version of this watch is the "Dictator" 😄 Sporting a period correct string bracelet, which I think at one time was black, but is now a brownish red color.
1938 Bulova Supervisor looks to be a good match and I believe a first for the database. Not sure if the dial is the same as the ad due to the clarity of the ad. How unusual to see the date code on the back of the case after Bulova. First time I can recall seeing that.

Mid 1930's we have several cases that have that. They must have tried it for a very short time.

I suspect the mark after "Bulova" on case back is the "American Standard" shield logo.
Here is an ad dated 1938 with better resolution of the face

It appears there was also a black dial version named Lorna as seen in this ad from 1937.

Men's versions of this case were Banker and Dictator. Women's versions were Lorna and Supervisor.
1938 Supervisor works for me.
Nice one plains, 1938 Bulova Supervisor
Super cool and rare (I can actually say that). First one we have seen ever on myBulova.
