Love the American Clippers. Reading though the post of the other AC it looks like there isn't actually an ad for an "A". This is from an ad I just got. So it would appear with a band is "B", with a bracelet "D". What do we assign without any band/bracelet?

Well Jabs' example 1939 ad above shows it was available with a tan pigskin band.
I just happened to have an old tan pigskin band laying around that fit it just right
