Here is one that was a big surprise for me in a lot of 12 Bulova's I bought on Ebay. I new the gold Jaguar was in there but this President in 14kt Solid Gold was unexpected. The case is a 1937 serial number and is marked 14KT SOLID GOLD. The dial is white with stick hour markers. The movement is a 6AE 21 Jewels with a 1936 square date code.
The 1937 ad above shows the President came in a 14KT solid gold case. The 1936 ad here shows the stick dial was also available on the President. I have to believe the President came in 14kt gold with the stick hands. It looks to be an original bracelet possibly from a Treasurer
Nice one! Always great to find a solid gold version of the President. You have a picture of the side to see how curved the case really was and compare it with the (exaggerated) curve of the illustration used in the ad?
