The subsecond on the Oxford is rectangular while this one is bowed out. Looks closer to the Montgomery to me.
I corrected the movement model from &AP to 7AP for you.

I think it's Montgomery too, in very nice condition. Somewhere I have a couple of those straps I think, I should look for them. As I recall they have a type of plastic buckle that I didn't think looked very sturdy
