I also think the date is off by 10 years. Stylistically this is a 1936 watch. The case does not have a serial number beginning with a 6 like we would expect and does not have Bulova marks. I am leaning towards 1936 non-confirming.

Muito obrigado JimDon pelo seu comentário. Realmente a caixa não tem qualquer marca Bulova. No entanto, o movimento é o 6AF e está bastante bom e corre bem. O mostrador foi restaurado. Tive dúvidas sobre a data 1936 ou 1946. Consideremos então um "Não Conforme".

Loving the back case engraving, and agree it looks like a non-original case.
The dial also looks to be from a Bulova Treasurer.

Here's a better advert showing the Treasurer case. Advert state 10K yellow gold filled which is a match for fhe subject watch, but the case style (lugs) are not the same.
Bases on not seeing any Bulova stampin, which would be typical of a case from this era, I would agree with non-conforming
