This is a two toned 1934 Bulova 17 Jewel, 10 AN movement, sporting a hinged case. The case is also stamped on is end where you open it, "BULOVA". It has a little wear but not to bad. Any idea's?
Plains, i just notice the 'Bulova' stamp on the side of the case.
Is the inside back case also stamped with the usual Bulova details?
There's nothing on the inside of the case. No printing at all. Outside of the case has the BULOVA on the side like that.
On the back edge 10K Rolled Gold Plate and a serial number.
The case sort of looks like a Ranger from that timeframe,..but I think they are on 15 J ???
The "AMBASSENATOR," two tone "Diplomatique!?" LOL...

I'd say another variant Lone Eagle though they could have given it another name. Looks identicle to my 1936 version in yellow gold. Jerin, check it out on my ebay.
LE's should have an engraved bezel on the front sides.
Kinda looks like an early banker too.
Nice watch!!

With new ads and the like I wonder if this wasn't a Lone Eagle.
Plains Did the case serial number indicate 1934 also? Nice piece.
I wouldn't mind seeing this side by side with the LE 4 you just stole ($61 was a steal).
Other than the bezel engraving I'm wondering what else is different.
