Preliminarily I'm calling this a 1933 Lone Eagle.  I think it has all of the characteristics that the ones on file do.

Don't think I've ever had one of these with a serial number both inside the case back and on the outside.

Outside is 420080

Inside is 3186067

I used the inside number to date the watch.

Very interesting on the double serial numbers.  Must have been a transition to the outside serial number the year after it was originally made.
