A real gem! I call these cases 'hidden lug' even though the lugs are partially visible. This beauty is presented in two tone and is in fabulous condition. Case markings on these cases (I have three versions) are atypical to all other Bulova cases. They have a geometric design as opposed to fish or flowers like most Bulova designs of this period. Also unusual in that the Bulova name is applied in gold instead of painted on. Dial and hands are refinished and relumed. Mesh type bracelet appears to be period to the watch. I have not found a match yet.

Shame on you Geoff, you have been using that time machine again haven't you. Beautiful my friend.
Geoff, relevant advert I also could not find, may be some variant of Bourbon
Good looking watch Geoff, I like these two-tone styles
Geoff are the internal case markings all the same layout, or do they vary?
In reply to Geoff are the internal case by mybulova_admin
