Great looking gold plated 1931 watch. Looks very similar to the late 20's Governor. Sporting a 17 Jewel, 10AN

Looks like another... and it does have a different dial. dunno.. what makes you say that timerestoration?

The dial at the top of this post has an inner track that is more narrow at the ends than the one on the second dial. The second one echoes the case shape much more closely than the first.

Not the Governor, not the Andrew.
Subject has white gold inserts down each side, from lug tip to lug tip.
17 jewels, not fifteen.
