I just picked this one up from the Etsy website for $25, plus shipping ($33 total)... I looked at the ads for 1930, but can't seem to identify it. Anyone have an idea which model? I'm finding that the ladies Bulovas from the late 20s, early 30s can be picked up pretty cheaply if you keep your eyes out... I guess they aren't as popular with collectors as the mens watches, but my wife and daughters really like the art deco styling and there are quite a number of beautiful styles to collect (and wear)... Fun stuff!!
Edit Alex: updated movement serial field from picture below
Sweet catch, very nice engraving.
I looked from the early 1920's to the early 1930's, can't find a match in either full or part ads.
Lovely watch and should make any of your ladies happy.
John
Yep I didn't see an ad either. Beautiful though- and the price was right!!
Unknown for now.
Bulova ladies watches are the best kept secret in the world, most seem to run for ever, can be purchased for a song and many are like small works of art when it comes to design.
Unknown from me for now, but there are many ads to search through with the new newspaper ads.

Being new, I'm not familiar with the new newspaper ads. How do I access them? I have several ladies Bulovas I'd like to research more...
Thanks,
David

Click on the "Forums" heading on the home page, they are under "information sharing" and are pinned to the top by decade.

dhhirsch We can also access the "decades thread ads" from the main homepage now. Below the "Search Bulova Adverts" are links to the main ad database (the Full: 20|30|40|50|60|70 line) and links to the decades ads (the Part:20|30|40|50|60|70 line).
